I make sure that we have solutions and design that gets out of our users’ way and lets them do what they need to do.

Your adventure thus far at REW?

I feel like we've been sitting at basecamp for a long time with the view of the summit teasing us while we get prepared. It feels like we're finally packing our gear, breaking camp and starting to ascend.

Biggest real estate adventure?

Multiple. Bought my first place on assignment, bought and flipped properties in Toronto with family, and just spent two years (and multiple lost bids) looking for our next long-term home that we plan to renovate next year.

Biggest adventure, period?

Parenthood.
