Your adventure thus far at REW?

REW is a business full of promise, in a big market, with a team of epic people. I've felt inspired and grateful working here.

But what I actually do is

Dream about the future, talk about how to get there, listen to what is working and not working, solve problems when they pop up, stretch the purse strings to grow the team or make big ideas happen, help people make decisions, tell our story to anyone that wants to listen... and soak up the privilege of working with great people.

Biggest real estate adventure?

Buying and renovating a beach house in Umdloti, South Africa. I still miss the fireflies in the dune forest.

Biggest adventure, period?

Having a son. I went it into it unprepared (I guess like everyone does) and his young life has already shaped and changed my future in many ways.
